Gypsy's Tearoom has four main rooms from which to choose, each with its own unique style. Additional outdoor seating available, weather permitting. Our study currently features the work of local artists.

Lydia's Room (seats sixteen guests)

Lydia's Room…named for the first lady of the historic home, this room has a more formal setting and has the capacity to seat 16 guests.

The Magnolia Room (seats twelve to sixteen guests)

The Magnolia Room…charming “old south” garden room with rattan chairs and lots of greenery; seating capacity of 12 to 16 guests. The veranda (opened as weather permits) adjoins this room and affords guests the opportunity to overlook the beautiful grounds surrounding the inn.

These two new rooms, located on the second floor, are adjacent to one another and can be utilized for larger parties.

The Winchester Room (seats fourteen guests)

The Winchester Room, decorated in black and white toile, was once the parlor
and is named after Westminster's founder, William Winchester. A portrait of
his son, William, Jr. hangs above the central fireplace. Accomodates 14
guests. (The Winchester Room is handicapped accessible)

The Study(seats sixteen guests)

The Study with its antique books and memorabilia, red brick walls, and navy and white décor, this room was once an outside porch and is full of charm. Can accommodate up to 16 guests.

The Morning Room (seats four guests)

This cozy sunlit spot is perfect for "passers-by" to enjoy a pot of tea or browse in the "Book Nook."
Seating available for 1-2 guests.

The Book Nook

All our books have been incorporated into an area in the morning room. Browsers will find tea resource books, cookbooks, tea party information, and books on tea etiquette.  We are especially delighted to once again feature the Tea Shop Mysteries by Laura Childs; a must read for tea lovers.

The Little House - A Tearoom especially for children...

"The Little House" is located adjacent to the main inn . . .
the perfect venue for children's parties, ages 5 to 12. Children visit the loft to don their hats, gloves, and boas (or neckties) and then join Ms. Annie or Miss Kaitlin downstairs for afternoon tea, which includes a teapot cake for dessert.
Cost for "Little House Parties":  $185.00 (inclusive) for a maximum of 10 children.

The Tea Shoppe, located in the old kitchen of the inn, is reminiscent of an English tea shop where guests can select from an extensive line of fine
teas, including our own blends.

Inspirations Gift & Basket Shop...guests will want to save time to browse for fine china, teaware, and gourmet foods. Gift baskets are available for purchase, or a custom basket created while you enjoy your afternoon tea.
